PowerSDR has been just calibrated, using a Wandel&Goltermann PS-19 generator, old but very clean spectrally, set at 10 MHz,

The background level is at the same level where it is with no input signal

Now the level has been increased to -20 dBm. The backround noise has increased too by more than 30 dB at 30 kHz from the carrier. Probably the responsible is the generator, but I don't have an 8640B to check with |
